BOOKING
All bookings can be made on-line at www.mmcv.org.my / or at our sales centers below:1. Mah Meri Cultural Village, Carey Island
2. TravelShop, Port Klang Cruise Center
PLEASE CHECK THE MINIMUM NUMBER FOR A PACKAGE BEFORE YOU MAKE A BOOKING.
PAYMENTS
Payment can be made after you have received a quotation. Online booking will be given a Bank account to bank-in. Credit card payment is subject to normal card service charges it the sales centers.
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of booking is subject to a 50 % deposit payable to our Company account or any other designated account by us given by phone or email. Pls notify us when payment has been made.
CURRENCY
Currency of transaction is in Malaysian Ringgit ( MR ). Other currencies are subject to the normal bank charges.
CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT
All cancellation is subject to a minimum three ( 3 ) days notice, subject to any costs already incurred by the company. These costs will be charged accordingly.
REFUNDS
Refunds due to cancellation or postponement will be made within two weeks of notification. .
